SWAAAC teams are required to turn in a SWAAAC Team and Loan Library Policies Agreement signed by the current Special Education Director as well as the Team Coordinator to access the Loan Library.

Audiologists who wish to borrow items from the Assisted Listening Library are also required to turn in an Assisted Listening Loan Library Policies Agreement signed by the current Special Education Director.
